In the formative years of young minds, there is a great need to regulate
emotional responses such as fear, grief and anger. With the help of us, the
teachers and parents, students should imbibe positivity and learn ways of life
that leads to fulfilment. The process of training and learning with the help of
elders remains the true sense of social behaviour and Discipline. Firmness and
consistency are the most important requirements of good discipline. The
development of conscience in young minds is attained by practicing Transcendental
Meditation, Yogasanas and Pranayama which ensures healthy mind with stress on
balanced diet which mostly includes intake of plenty of vegetables, fruits,
breads, cereals and three litres of water, reduces digestive discomfort to a
great extent to stay healthy and physically fit to begin the day fresh generating
positivity.
